Be Bold. Three ways to make a statement this summer.

Ladies, use the inspiration from Strut 08 designers and local belles to create a palette full of bold color and smooth, understated style. Here are three ways to turn heads as the temperature rises:
1. Ethnic prints. Use color and contrast to make an entrance paired with a breezy fabric and you'll be wild without trying too hard.
